All F1rst i.T. delegates received clear, easy to understand Workbooks. These are prepared in-house and contain information, tips and exercises designed to help delegates to unlock their potential. Our delegates keep their workbooks after each course so they also serve as a great source of reference material.

We also like to give our delegates something to show for their hard work. All F1rst i.T. delegates receive a signed Certificate showing the date of the course and the course title. Our certificates also help our clients to keep their staff training records up to date.

F1rst i.T. takes its commitment to excellence seriously. We therefore ask our delegates to complete Course Evaluations after every course. This information helps us to make sure that delegates achieve their objectives and that we are doing the best job we can. The information gathered from the evaluations is fed back to our clients within 24 hours to allow them to monitor the effectiveness of the training.
